Fan Made Content Policy
The traxissector.com mission includes the support of fan-made content for Warhammer 40,000 Conquest LCG.
Design Team Requirements
traxissector.com will host your fan-made content provided that you meet the following requirements:
1. Design team must consist of at least 3 humans, each of which has equal authority for approving and vetoing card design. Please provide name, email address, cardgamedb name, OCTGN name, and one form of social media contact for each member.
2. Playtesting team must consist of at least 10 humans (this can include design team). Please provide name, email address, cardgamedb name, OCTGN name, and one form of social media contact for each member. You must have a transparent policy for accepting new playtesters and assessing playtest feedback.
3. Your fan-made content must have at least 2 social media presences that are actively advertising your cards (these can include Facebook, Twitter, cardgamedb, reddit, boardgamegeek).
4. Your team must demonstrate at least 2 practices that show community involvement and engagement with cards. These may include: Online Tournament; Store Kit; Printable versions of cards that are not for profit; Cards Available on an online game system, such as OCTGN.
5. You are responsible for answering any rules questions raised on this site regarding cards.
6. You must promise that you are making no profit in anyway whatsoever from your fan-made content. If any profit becomes made known to me I will immediately terminate relations with your design team and remove all your cards from this site.
Hosting Requirements
As part of hosting your content you must meet the following deadlines in order to have timely updates of your content on the site:
1. 3 week notification of new card pack content. You must provide all image files and all data in a standardized format (format to be provided by traxissector.com).
2. 2 week notification for any erratum.
3. 2 month notification for any new mechanics or card designs that require enhancements to site functionality (e.g. new card types; new factions; new treatment of existing card types, such as shields on supports.)
